What Are The Chances Of STD Transmission Through Open Wounds?

default
Posted on Wed, 1 Jun 2016
Question: I had a lap dance with undresses girl for 6 mins and I had 6 days old cut on my nail corner skin and no damage to nail and it was only bleeding on day 1 and a bit on day 2. day 3 &4 I had band aid applied but day 5 and 6 I removed it as I felt comfortable and only redness is there in that open cut and no blood stains or bleeding.

She touched her private parts two times and after that she rubbed them on my hands and her breast for 2-3 instances. what risks do i have here? do i need any tests and should i stop sex with my wife for sometime? how should I proceed from here?
This incident happened on Day 6 night and I was completely dressed in full hands shirts and jeans and I did touch her chest , legs , waist and thighs. I didn't touch her vagina. No kissing no oral I didn't do any fingering nor she..

Brief Answer:
Minimal risk!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this disturbing thoughts going through your mind. I have reviewed this information fully and the risk of any possible infection are very minimal. I will recommend that you do no testing unless a symptom comes up which would be very unlikely. The risk related to this is almost negligible.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

What symptoms I should look for and what tests I need and at what intervals. I can get the tests done anonymously but what reliable tests we have. At this moment I am hiding the truth from my wife and having protected sex but guilt is killing me inside. Is my cut risk factor or the entire act?

Brief Answer:
The entire act but I really see no significant transmission risk!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Symptoms such as frequent and painful urination, testicular pain, urethral discharge, etc. If any comes up, then we would for sure do a full STU screening which I strongly don't find useful at this time.

Your cut is minimal and that alone is minimal risk. I understand the unease with your wife but unfortunately, we cannot wipe out the past about this.
