What Are The Chances Of HIV Without Penis Penetration?
Question: Dear sir i had contacted with sex worker on 29th March 2014 but there was no insertion of pennis in her vagina that was around for 2 - 3 min there was only rubing of pennis on vagina and there was no hardness to my pennis pennis was about 2 inches only. After 45 days and 62 days i checked my blood by tri-dot test the result was negative.
In between time i made sex with my wife but that was with Condom. but after 20 days my wife become ill with fever cough and headache . Doctor please tell me what are the chances of infection as i m too much affraid.Are above tests are good

The risk for HIV through just rubbing without penetration is negligible as per CDC XXXXXXX Tridot test will become more conclusive after 12 weeks of the high risk activity.
But the wiser thing done by you is that you had a protected sex with your wife. With protected sex, the chances of your wife getting HIV disease is almost nil, provided the condom was intact throughout the act of intercourse.
Earliest HIV manifestation can occur, if there is any infection, only after 4 weeks and not earlier than this. Your wife's illness 20 days after your contact with her could not be due to HIV. It is an ordinary viral or bacterial fever due to upper respiratory tract infection which any one can contract from the atmosphere or from our neighbors. So you need not worry about your wife's illness and she will recover completely soon.
It is better to repeat the HIV rapid test once again after 90 days and the negative test will relieve your mental tension.

Thank u Doctor. But my next question is at that time there was only shirt on my body and nothing else.
When i tested tridot they gave me report in 5 min. It is possible by tridot get result in 5 min. and more often everyone talkig about six month window period so i need to wait for six months or what ?. pls.ans.me pls.

i dont understand the meaning of immunosuppressive treatment recently i m not taking any drug only having beer sometime. and second thing is at exposure time there was no underware on me i and she was naked and my pennis was rubbing on her vagina. pls.answer me.
