Question: Had unprotected oral sex(my penis was sucked) on 3 XXXXXXX 2015. Tested several times within this time frame with HIV 1 and 2 antibody includes p 24. Last test was on 18 may 2015 negative with 0.07 value. Pls provide your valuable input of my HIV status.

Sir for the last few days I have cough and pain in eyes while revolving. I am taking cough syrup and steam. 1 can it be hiv symptom. 2 could you suggest a treatment for above. 3 do I need a retest as I tested at 4.5 months of exposure.

The symptoms may be due to upper respiratory infection with sinusitis.They are non specific .They are not due to HIV.
HIV tests are conclusive after 3 months exposure.
Your tests are conclusive. There is no necessity to go for HIV tests again.
You can consult ENT specialist for examination and management.

I would have first suggested to use paracetamol and cetrizine tablets.Later consult ENT specialist.

Dear sir. As adviced by you I went to ent specialist. He has given NASOCLEAR, N-ACETYL CYSTEINE, ALLEGRA-M, and BRONCOREX(BROMHEXINE,TERBUTALINE AND GUAIPHENSIN). Should I continue with these medications. Can these have any effect on hiv test results.
