Brief Answer:
You acts carry a negligible risk for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
The risk of HIV transmission through a broken Condom is low.
If your CMIA test 30 days after the exposure was a 4th generation DUO test, then the negative report ruled out the possibility of HIV 1 infection beyond any doubt and it is highly reliable.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are not necessarily be due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Swollen lymph nodes, sore throat are common symptoms that anyone to have. Just by the presence of sore throat alone nobody can be suspected to have HIV. Only with the blood report one can be labelled as HIV positive individual.
Night sweats depends on the climate also. If you have not adequate sleep you will feel sleepy. Those are normal for anybody to have once or otherwise. Your test ruled out HIV 1 infection. Then what is the necessity to bother about HIV infection. RELAX.

Brief Answer:
HIV 2 infection is rare.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
HIV 2 infection is rare, the prevalence is less than 0.5%.
CMIA 4th generation test after 28 days can rule out HIV 1 infection. HIV 2 infection can be ruled out after the window period. (6-8 weeks, maximum 12 weeks).
STDs are more than 25 in number. They are manifesting with ulcers, discharge or swelling of genitals or around. They can remain without any symptoms. Tests become reliable after 4 weeks to 4 months according to the different diseases.
