Brief Answer:
Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Oral sex carries a low risk when compared to the anal and vaginal sex as per CDC, XXXXXXX STD also rare with oral sex. As you disturbed mentally, it is better to have tests for STD/HIV after appropriate completion of window period and rule out these possibilities. That will relieve your mental tension.

Brief Answer:
Different treatment for different diseases

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
The same low risk is applicable for insertive oral sex also in the absence of any ulcer or abrasion over genitals.
Injection Penidure in appropriate dose will be effective only for Syphilis and not against any other STDs.
Other STDs need different treatment according to the causative organisms.
