Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Simple Activities like Running or exercising do not produce cervical bruising .
It is mostly associated with sexual activity , XXXXXXX penetration, rough sex and masturbation with a sharp object.
However , when this happens, in most cases, you have an additional condition that is producing the cervical bruising like :
1- The presence of an XXXXXXX cervical mass
2- A sexually Transmittable Disease
3-Vigorous sex , specially when people use sexual toys
4-The presence of alterations in your cervical tissue ,with irregular or abnormal cervical cells
5-Abnormally enlarged cervical blood vessels
6- Hormonal problems ,like Thyroid Gland Disorders
7-Vaginal Infection
You must consult your gynecologist to determine what is producing this bruising .
The doctor will need to perform several tests including :
1- Pap smear
2- Vaginal Culture
3-STD serology tests
4- Hormonal Tests
5-Colposcopy
With these tests , your doctor will be able to determine what is producing the cervical bruising to give you the appropriate treatment .
I hope this answers your query effectively.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.

An insertion of finger gently into the vagina is not likely to cause any cervical bruising under normal circumstances.

Hope my answer is helpful.
Regards.
