Brief Answer: Symptoms Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. I have read your query & I understand your concerns. Following are symptoms of depression: 1) Lack of interest in normal activities which you used to enjoy 2) Feeling of sadness or unhappiness 3) Irritability over small matters and getting angry over small trivial issues 4) Decreased interest in sex 5) Decreased desire to have food. Over a period weight loss by not eating food. 6) Sleepless nights. Difficult to fall asleep or get up in midnight and not able to go back to sleep. 7) Keep thinkng about an incident over and over again and loose interest in everything else includung your surrounding.
