I presume you want to know problems after knee / Spine arthritis. it can cause following secondary problems. 1. pain and difficulty on walking, difficulty in squatting or sitting cross leg 2. As a person has difficulty in walking, he will become obese 3. chances of development of diabetes and heart problems due to obesity 4. Abnormal bone forms in knee and spine leading to stiffness and locking of knee joints. 5. patient may need knee replacement or spine surgery 6. If your pain is very severe and you have to take daily painkillers or it is affecting even in your daily works, it is time to go for knee replacement surgery. You can get both knee operations at same sitting. Do not wait for all those problems to arise. Other methods like physiotherapy, belt or steroid injection can delay outcome but not permanent solution.
