What risks are there with receving kissing/licking on the shaft of my penis? Oral over the tip/head was done briefly with a condom on.

Oral sex with the condom on is mostly safe.Unless there is direct contact of the mouth with the penis, in which case, some stis are transmitted. Oral uclers due to herpes is common. By then only if either person is infected.If you wore a condom during the oral sex,then you are pretty much protected from infections.
