Hello.

Thanks for writing to us.

You have provided with good information but I would like to know a few more things as this would help me in suggesting you better.

I believe the more information a person gives the better is the doctor's reply and thus satisfaction.
Hence please answer the following:

1) After having twins, what was the indication of having a laparotomy? Please provide the details of the procedure.

2) Was it a normal delivery when you had your twins?

3) Are your periods normal and regular?

4) Did you take any treatment till now for conceiving?

5) How old are your twins?

6) Is there any medical disorder associated- any hormonal problem?

Anticipating your response.

Regards.

Hello.

Thanks for writing again.

After the C- section, during your laparotomy i presume that your tubes and ovaries were not meddled with.

With regular normal periods, there is every chance of you conceiving normally.

It is just a matter of time. Try having intercourse during your fertile days- from day 10 to day 17 at least once daily for positive results.

Be relaxed. Do not be anxious.

Continue taking folic acid 4mg as a supplement.

If you do not succeed in next six months then you need to check the patency of your tubes under the guidance of your Gynaecologist.

You should also discuss regarding the relevant investigations to undergo and treatment options available with your Gynaecologist.

Wishing you an early conception.

Regards.
