Brief Answer:
If no other symptom present then it might not effect

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Vitamin B12 does not accumulate to toxic levels. Consuming large quantities does not cause side effects or high levels in your system. On the other hand High vitamin B12 in the bloodstream may be associated with some serious diseases as well. So if there are some other unusual symptoms present then you need to get it checked by a hematologist. Some of the medical conditions that can increase levels of vitamin B12 include:
- liver disease
- kidney failure and
- a group of blood cancers known as myeloproliferative disorders

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Brief Answer:
Better to visit a Consultant Hematologist for further workup

Detailed Answer:
Hello

thank you for the followup query.

As i mentioned earlier that if there is no other significant finding like yellow discoloration eyes, anorexia, renal disease (decreased urine output) or blast cell on peripheral film then its ok. But as your value is significantly raised so further workup is advised. I would suggest you to visit a Consultant Hematologist for this. He might advise following labs to evaluate:

- CBC
- Liver Function Tests
- Peripheral blood film
- Renal Function Tests

Further treatment will depend upon the examination & lab results.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
