Hello Mr XXXXXXX ........
Pabatab-bz is a combination of para-aminobenzoic acid, biotin, zinc, calcium pantothenate and niacinamide. They are a combination of various micronutrient vitamins which are necessary for melanin pigmentation of hair as well as hair growth. It is frequently prescribed for premature greying of hair though not always found effective. There are no side effects with the medication as they are only nutrients. Do clarify antyhing else you may want to.
