HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Manforce contains sildenafil , it is the same as viagra. It would only work for the time that it is taken, it only has an effect up to 4 hrs.

It would not have any effect the next day.

Difficulty with erection is called erectile dysfunction and it is a common problem among men.
It can be related to the blood supply to the penis, lack of hormones such as testosterone, problems related the nerve supply of the penis.

You may want to ask your doctor for a blood tests to check the level of hormones to see if they are normal. If they are abnormal then this can be corrected.

Diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, smoking, high cholesterol can affect the blood supply to the penis. You may want to checked for any of these.

If the hormones are normal and there are no other conditions causing the erectile problems, then you can continue using the manforce as you need it.

it can be taken 4 hrs to half an hour before activity.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
