Dr scoped my bladder today. Sending culture to lab, answer back by Fri .urine sample given at office showed no sign of infection though. Said bladder looked healthy except for 3 small red spots . Suspected from having a uti for so long. But will be examined for any tumor cells anyway. Scheduled for urodynamics test next week.dr suspects uti are caused from retaining urine. Please share your thoughts regarding all this.

Brief Answer:
correct approach

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.
Further Treatment is based on the results.
Urodynamics helps to find out if bladder contraction is good.
Infection if confirmed needs a course of antibiotics.
Presence of tumour cells may need further evaluation by Ct scan.
Hope this helps.
