Upper abdomen feels hard and tight, have no pain. What could be the cause of bloating?

My upper abd feels hard/tight, why? I have no pain and just noticed it, I just ate and feel like the food is in my throat/chest?! What would u recommend for bloating? Like any teas?

You are having symptoms of dyspepsia and acid reflux disease.

Medications like OTC prilosec may be helpful.
Avoid coffee, citrus , fatty food.
