Question: I would like to improve my egg quality to increase my possibilities of conceiving. I am 45. regular menstrual cycle day 28, fsh 11.00, amh 1.40( diminishing ovarian reserve) , ovulation monitoring ( I do ovulate ), no cysts, fybroids, endometriosis and no blocked tubes. I take 400mg Agnus castus . My last pregnacy was 2 years ago which ended in a miscarriage after 5 weeks. I have had 6 pregnancies but 2 living children, 1 stillbirth, 3 miscarriages. There was never an issue in getting pregnant before but my husbands sperm count has gone down in the last 2 years( 29.000.000 per 1.8ml motility in the avaerage ) and he has slight erectional problems and he is now 56 yrs old , he's taking damiana. we both are taking folic acid and zinc. i take a full spectrum of vitamins for preconception.

I've just undergone my first iui - and am now taking progesterone.My only issue was Gardnerella which i have difficulty of getting rid of but think i have finally resolved it and will be checking with my next swab. I also take Medorrhinum once a month 10.000 The fertily centre do not want to use stimulation drugs as i ovulate quite well every month - my issue here is that i have less chances than others as it is only one egg and there is no certainity that it is healthy. I have been geven progesterone to help luteal phase while waiting to see if the iui has been successful but am still taking the agnus castus. I heard of this therapy but do not know if it is appropriate for me and what dosages :

Hypophysinum (day 1)
Folliculinum (day 8)
Ovarinum (day 15)
Luteinum (day 22)

My husband would also need some form of remedy for his sperm count and quality and erection problem - he did have a penal doppler and he seemed to respond quite well but it was noted that he had arterisclerosis so less blood to the extreme parts of the body - the XXXXXXX prescribed a pill to help erection - too expensive and i do not approve- too many side effects. I would like natural remedies.

My request is really directed towards a homeopath. Seeing that I have done IUI and awaiting its outcome. I know what my doctors and infertility clinics think and believe on this matter. I am aware that there are 2 'Schools of medicine' which are in antithesis, or let me put it a little more gently, Western medicine does not really take Chinese, oriental, natural or homeopathy very seriously or even decide to work alongside this ancient approach to healing -the allopathic area is not really taken into consideration by infertility clinics and even my own GP as stated many times that naturally ancient remedies are not worth using ( yet again proved wrong as I resolved my Candida problem and my Menstrual cycle with homeopathy). I beg to differ as I am currently treating my son suffering from brain injury with homeopathy to get him off gardanal which he has been taking for the last 6 years - it's a long process but it's working, rather than having a son who most of the times, is half asleep by use of this type of medciation ( and we've tried many hospitals!!!). I'm rambling here and need to get back to the point.

My questions were how should the following be taken in quantities

Luteinum (day 22)

and of Homeopathic and natural remedies to help improve egg quality and sperm quality and count regardless if InFertitly clinics or doctors believe in their positve outcome. I hope this request will be directed to this area as this was the area i initially requested. many thanks XXXXXXX
