Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

By itself, it does not cause trouble.
The underlying problem is the one that needs attention.
HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – will all be necessary for proper assessment and assistance.

It needs observation and follow-up – it may lead to complete heart block, in some.
If the PR interval is prolonged, it is an indication for immediate assessment.
You may even need Electro Physiological Studies (EPS) / EPS is the sub-speciality of Cardiology that deals with such things.

The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
