I asked my question before but it would be to be asked to you, you would probably have more knowledge of my issues . Here is the question. Hello... I am in a pretty seriese situation that has been going on way to long.time..They say I don't really listen to others giving answes and i'll chime in. then when I ask a question I often answer it myself.I keep hearing Others at my work and freinds and family have often ponted it out but Idenied it. But now that I am possibly loosing my job and drivng my wife in sain because I just don't complete things. I feel like I cant keep on track im. Like my wife says I say I'll finish something then never do it. Or I'll be talking to folks at church or work and then just walk away whit no reason. I have no idea I do it sometimesI Like my wife says I just cant focus on anything. Plus sometimes I feel like its over and I just want to quite. Because I know I am drivng everyne up the wall but I cant control it. Plus it just seems to keep getting worse.Pleasetell me my options of what to do and what can be treated for this problem. Thank you.

Thank you for getting back to me. NO I don't feel like taking my own life. Truth is I have a great life, great wife and kids and good job. But my issues are taking a toll both at work and home. I cant focus, finish a project. Start talking to someone and just walk away...rude I know... but I cant help it. I frustrate my wife cause I a so unorganized, I don't finish takes I'm not focused and get up down all the time from meals. hard to sit still. No alchohol or drugs. No headaches. Not really aggression or fear. So that is an answer to your questions.... I just don't know what s going on. Hope to hear this response as ell.

Brief Answer: Hi Detailed Answer: Hello again, Thanks for follow up. You have following symptoms according to your follow up: -Poor concentration, disorganization, restlessness and inability to finish work. You are already 38 years old now. If you are having these problem for several years then its raise doubt of Adult ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactive disorder). If problem is recent in onset (few months) and associated with some of these symptoms like: anxiety, nervousness, restlessness, mild irritability, excessive worry regarding own health, tremor, muscle spasm, heaviness in body, easy fatigability, sleep disturbance, palpitation and dry mouth. Then problem is more likely due to anxiety disorder. Let me know if you have some of these symptoms with duration of suffering, to help you better. Other possible diagnosis in your case are: Anemia, thyroid problem and vitamin deficiency, which need evaluation and lab investigation. Wish you good health. Regards
