What Causes Discomfort In Testicle?
Question: There's a slight squeezing sensation (as if someone were squeezing it) in my right testicle. It's only been a few days since it started and seems to not be as noticeable. It usually only causes that discomfort when I'm sitting down in my computer chair - laying down everything is fine. Even when I'm standing it's fine. I felt around and there are no lumps or anything and everything feels fine down there (it doesn't hurt to touch).

1) Mild inflammation of spermatic cord or
2) Pressure over testicle in sitting position
Try following measure and observe for ant change
1) Wear loose inner wares and trouser
2) Take anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily for five days a
If problem persists consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get ultrasound scanning of the scrotum done under his guidance .
Further treatment if required will depend upon result of scanning .

I took ibuprofen just 20 minutes ago and already it feels better. I have a feeling I agitated something when I was feeling them earlier today which set off the discomfort (maybe I squeezed too hard on one?) in any case, is this common to experience in men?
