Hello!

Thank you for the query.

It all depends how injured are the liver cells. Every liver has its own regenerating ability. If it is fatty, enzymes can never be in referential ranges again.

Generally it takes from 1 to 3 months for liver cells to regenerate. Mostly after a month you should get normal liver tests results.
