Taken One Year Treatment For TB. Endometrium Line Not Thickening After Taking Estrogen Supplements. Tips To Improve Thickness?
Question: i got attacked to TB and completed one year treatment. Now my endometrium line is just 4.9mm not getting increasing after taking estrogen supplements.. kindly tell me tips to impove endometrium thickness? Thanks in advance..

Endometrial TB is very common in Asia.
Its good that you have received the complete treatment for 1 yr.
If you are planning a baby then you must do hoormonal profile on day 2 of cycle fasting FSH LH PRL TSH E2.
If you are not planning you can do FSH and E2.
If your hormones are in the premenopausal range then you can do an endometrial biopsy to see why you dont respond to estrogen therapy.
If the hormones are in the menopausal range then thin endometrium is explained and higher doses of estradiol valerate can be tried if there is no contraindication.
