Question: i got a very swelled ankle after taking too much mephadrone what should i do ???

Excessive use of mephadrone can cause a vasoconstriction in the limb vessels thus causing an edema due to decreased blood supply. You need to keep your foot warm, try to walk and jump to restore the circulation in the area.
The swelling usually subsides in 8-10 hours. In case the swelling is persistent then you need to be evaluated by your physician to rule out other associated pathologies.
