Question: How to confidently quit chewing tobacco. It's just so darn situational, after I eat, long drives, studying, prolonged thought processes (office work) Golfing. I can go a couple of weeks or so without, if I stay distracted and busy with fun activities, but as soon as there is time or convenience the desire is pow right there
