Suggest Ways To Remove Stuck Tampon Inside Vagina
Question: My daughter left the blue plastic around the applicator tampon inside her and didn't realise. She removed the tampon after 3 hours and then inserted another one correctly and then realised she had left the plastic from the first one as she inserted the second one correctly. How do I get it out.

It is very simple to remove the inner plastic bit.
Just insert the fingers gently inside the vagina ( she could do it herself if she is comfortable ) and gently prise it out.
Also, if she is not comfortable , since she is so young, just use gloves yourself, use some Petroleum Jelly or KY jelly and try and gently remove the bit from inside.
If this does not work, take her to a doctor or nurse who would do the needful for her.
You cannot leave it inside for long.
