Question: I m a male 97 years old. I have indications that I have a high testosterone level. Hair on my body, arms and
pubic, has increased. The principal problem for me is a large amount of sebum that is coming to my scalp
and on other hairy areas. The dryed plugs get in my eyes. What can I do to reduce the amoumt of sebum?

Brief Answer:
You have seborrheic dermatitis...Low dose steroid cream sohuld be applied!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this large amount of sebum. This is clearly seborrheic dermatitis and I agree with you denying to accept that this is dry skin. Dry skin will not affect specifically the oily areas and produce so much flakes. Apply a low dose steroid cream on these areas and report the progress to me. I will recommend desonide cream at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I do not think that my problem is seborrheic dermatitis. I can not use a cream on
my eyes. There is a lot of sebum coming from the eyes and there is the new hair to
be explained as well. The sebum becomes greasy when the skin is heated. The new
hair is reddish which is what my hair was when I was young.

Brief Answer:
Try this on the scalp and tell me what you get as results!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The description of this excess sebum production coincides with areas where there is a high density of these glands. To me, your symptoms are pretty suggestive and I will recommend that you try using this product on the scalp and tell me what the results are. If they fail to help, then for sure we might be dealing with something else that I am unable to pinpoint at this time.

I wish you well and eager to hear how this plays out.
