Question: I am an XXXXXXX male 50 yr. old who exercises 5x(cardio and strength training) a week and does yoga about 2X per week. I started taking low dose aspirin about 2 weeks ago and my blood pressure is now averaging about 140/95. My BP was always in the 120/80 area.

What could it be? I have been working on lowering cholesterol which is 229 by eating more fiber(oatmeal, fruits and less red meat). My weight is 229 lbs I am 6 foot tall.

How can I lower my BP?
