Question: Hi I am diagnosed with blood sugar level at 264 / 422 fasting / pp. I am taking Glycomet 500 SR daily once or twice. Pls advise

my opinion is that,your FBS,PPBS values are high.kindly take glycomet tablets thrice daily.have a control in your diet.avoid taking XXXXXXX jackfruit,banana.you can take apple,guava.kindly reduce your body weight.go for jogging daily.do simple exercises.kindly add chapati,wheat in your diet.kindly check your blood sugar once in 2 months.we have to adjust the dose of glycomet according to your next FBS,PPBS values.
