Hello and welcome to HealthcareMagic..

I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases day in and day out.

Please note..

1. It may be a simple ache, usually seen in Varicose Veins.

2. But, considering your age. I strongly recommend to rule out what is known as Deep Vein Thrombosis, DVT.

3. And this can be done by, Venous Doppler.

4. Hence, I suggest you to get this done and we can follow up..

Hope this helps you..
