Suggest Ways To Manage Anger

Question: Hello,

I am a 33 year old married man with 2 kids. I have anger management problem and I am very easily stressed by the slightest of irritation. And most of the times its takes a long time for me to get back to normal. And this affects my day t day functioning and even strains relations.

The cause of irritation normally ranges from
1) Noise, loud music
2) People talking loudly
3) Call disconnection or having to talk loudly due to poor call quality
4) Someone completely misinterpreting my sentences and making a completely detached meaning out of it.
5) Someone misspelling my name over phone
6) Someone unable to understand what I am saying even after repeated attempts.
7) My inability to make someone understand a certain concept which I believe is a no brainer.

I get to a point of no return very soon as my irritation has a cascading effect on my temper. My reaction to such situations are normally withdrawal or completely shutting myself off from the cause of irritation.

Not sure how do I handle this but I surely recognize a need for help before its too late.

Regards
