Brief Answer:
Diet and exercise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your Blood pressure is in the high normal range but yes if proper precautions are not taken then it can go even high over few months or years.

You need to undertake strict dietary changes and start exercising.

Dietary changes : You need to start low salt diet. It includes reducing the quantity of salt that you use daily.
Avoid Pickles, papad, salt biscuits, chips, french fries, pizza, salted fish.
Eat more fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water.

Exercises: Start doing aerobic exercise like Brisk walking, Jogging, Running, Cycling, Swimming etc. Do it at least 20 minutes everyday.

Hope this answers your query.
