Brief Answer:
Dietary modifications will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Doing few dietary modifications will help you in losing few extra kilos.
+Avoid consuming 2-3 large meals, as the body takes more time to digest larger meals, and this results in deposition of fat.
+Instead have 5-6 smaller meals: This helps with increasing of metabolism.
+Make sure you eat something every hour or so: This also keeps the metabolism high
+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid carbonated drinks and other sugar containing drinks
+Try to avoid sweets, sugar containing food and drinks, desserts, etc.
+Avoid fatty/fried/oily food
+Eat more vegetables and greens
+When consuming fruits, avoid fatty fruits (e.g. bananas, mangoes, watermelons, papaya, etc.)
+I have a few suggestions for a diet regimen, if you do not mind my suggestion:
-Breakfast: Cereal with milk and fruit (at least one fruit); best taken between 6:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.
-Lunch: Can be the heaviest meal of the day containing a bowl of rice or two large dry chapatis (roti) with one katori dal, and a vegetable curry or saute

-Dinner: One or two slices of bread with some fresh vegetables. Please avoid rice and other heavy items for dinner. Best consumed at least 3 hours prior to bedtime (i.e. 7 p.m.)

+Including a 30-60 minute normal walk or brisk walk (best in my opinion) each day, preferably some time between lunch and dinner

+Bedtime: Around 9-10 p.m.

-P.S. I would strongly recommend a glass of water with half a lemon squeezed into it to be taken after each meal. Also avoid cold beverages during the meal and immediately after. Please try to adhere with this hot water and lemon drink which prevents the absorption of fat (promotes good cardiac health) and also help promote weight loss
-I would also recommend a fruit or a bowl of vegetables to be taken between meals if at all you feel hungry. I have personally found eating an entire raw carrot when I feel hungry (one carrot has approximately only 30 calories)

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
