Brief Answer:
Mam, I understand
Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Your distribution of weight to your belly is due to several factors:
1. Excess body weight
2. Genetics
3. Diet, high in fat, calories and/or alcohol
4. A lifetime of ignoring the strengthening of your core, or abdominal, muscles
5. Inactivity, especially sitting a great deal
6. In women, pregnancy or numerous pregnancies without losing post-partum weight and regaining fitness level
7. Medications that encourage your body to gain weight through manipulation of your appetite hormones ghrelin and leptin and where it goes is due to some or many of the above. It is difficult to find the right antidepressant to really help someone relieve their depression and frequently it is the one that promotes weight gain. Ask to try weight friendly antidepressants although Wellbutrin has been known to be weight friendly and a number of people are able to take Prozac without weight gain.
8. Smoking cessation
