Question: HI There,
I have been doing a bit of research I am a 34 year old woman who in the last year has gained 10 kg and 10 cm on her hip thigh area I lost my father this year but nothing else has changed i exercise and eat well but still seem to be getting bigger no matter what I do would my hormones be out of whack I did a 3 week hard core bootcamp lost 7 cm but gained weight
I am also a mother of 4
