Question: I am not able to gain weight naturally. I eat all kind of healthy food, but the thing is happening is that the minerals, vitamins did not held in my body. whatever i eat, it threw out from my body very early. my body could not hold and observe the benefits of food.
Weight : 60
Hieght : 178 cm
Please suggest

As per your height and weight, your BMI(body mass index) is 18.9. It is in the normal range(18.5 to 24.9) but on the lower side .

You can try the following home remedies:

- You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight.

- High-protein foods including meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. Protein supplements like whey protein can also be useful if you struggle to get enough protein in your diet.

- Eat 3 meals per day with plenty of fat, carbs and protein. Snack in between meals.

- You can go to the gym to lift some heavy weights and improve your strength. This will help you gain muscle mass instead of just fat.

- Drink milk.

- Weight gainer shakes are very high in protein, carbs and calories.

- Don't smoke, smokers tend to weigh less than non-smokers.
