Brief Answer:
I recommend evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
You have two issues:
1. Constipation.
2. Unable to gain weight.
Sperm loss / Masturbation is harm less and has no relation with any of these issues.
One by one. i would help you with both the issues.

For constipation I would advise you following:

1. To get a thyroid function test done as hypothyroidism might be the cause behind the constipation that you are having.

2. To take Laxative like Lactulose in night.

3. To increase fiber in diet. Increase consumption of fruits like Papaya, Watermelon.

4. Drink plenty of water.

Now, regarding weight loss. If you are unable to gain weight, you should be evaluated for organic causes behind it.
It can however be just constitutional. But it is not uncommon to have some organic causes behind this problem, if there is any organic cause, it should be evaluated.
If you have any loose stools, pain abdomen, anemia then you would require evaluation for Celiac Disease.
In case you have fever, weight loss then you would require evaluation for intestinal tuberculosis.
I would advise you to get anti TTG Anti body test done to rule out Malabsorption syndrome like Celiac disease. You should also get a Thyroid profile and Ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any evidence of Hyperthyroidism.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
