Suggest Ways To Deal With Anxiety

Question: I have stress, anxiety since my only daughter left me and my wife alone to XXXXXXX for her children education . she is staying for a long term. Its not the problem. But she went without telling us . she is not answering my calls. she has prevented my grand children to speak to me. she has not arranged for our maintenance and food.My son-in law and his mother is the one behind this. I have given all my wealth and I am penniless now. My problem is I become too restless and violent when I think of this. sometimes I speak for myself- my wife says. I feel like committing suicide( very frequently) Tanqiulisers doesn't work.I and my wife spending spending sleeepless nights.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although anxiety is important component of the current presentation but I think you need legal support at this hour. Fortunately children are bound to support their parents and same is applicable for your daughter. In 2008 a law was passed by XXXXXXX government to protect interest of XXXXXXX citizens and I think you need to seek help under the same act.

Regarding anxiety I do not think Alprax is right choice at age of 70 as it may cause more harms than benefit. It will be appropriate to start SSRI group of medication after talking to your doctor. In my vie escitalopram 10 mg is the best choice provided there is no medical history.
