Brief Answer:
Try to avoid guilty feelings you are having

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. A lot of individuals got deceived after landing money to someone. Now you and your husband have serious problems and this is causing dysfunctional marital life. I would advise you to visit a marriage counsellor for proper counselling and treatment of that stress. In marriage counselling both partners are made realise about the main key issues of problems and then they are advised and counselled to correct all key issues between them. The process is long but this results in early and significant improvement.

You are taking Lirosar which is a benzodiazepine drug. The drug is Chlordiazepoxide and this drug can help to reduce stress and anxiety but this would not cause significant improvement in your mood. In my opinion there is need to add some antidepressant drug in low doses. This will help to improve your mood and you can then handle day to day problems easily. Medicines like Fluoxetine, Sertraline etc can help you. This will reduce the guilty of that problem and you can then find ways to deal with problem more easily. Please discuss with a psychiatrist and take proper prescription. Don't feel guilty about anything, money is not everything and try to accept that you have lost money and should not loose mental peace. Try to talk with your husband and try to sort out the problem.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Please ask again for more doubts.
