Question: hi after delivery my wife is 78kg. could you please suggest any food tips to control weight and also to reduce tummy. she is not breast feeding baby from past 4 months and my baby is now 10mnths old. she has undergone c-section during delivery.

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

If she is not breast feeding she can start weight loss.

The ideal food tips:

1) She should cut down on fats and carbohydrates like rice, corn, curry & SWEETA..

2) BREAKFAST: 2 SLICES OF BREAD OR 2 CHAPATI WITH ONLY THE WHITE OF AN EGG.

LUNCH : CABBAGE SOUP as much as she wants OR MIXED VEGETABLE SOUP. iF SHE IS NON VEG THEN A SINGLE PIECE OF CHICKEN OR FISH CAN BE ADDED .

EVENING : 1 CUP CURD OR 1 BANANA

DINNER : CABBAGE SOUP as much as she wants OR MIXED VEGETABLE SOUP. iF SHE IS NON VEG THEN A SINGLE PIECE OF CHICKEN OR FISH CAN BE ADDED.

`1 HOUR OF REGULAR WALKING WITH NORMAL PACE.

Her C -section will not be affected and her tummy will go in.

The cabbage soup is very important and you can check on the internet "cabbage soup diet"

It is very helpful in burning fat in body.
