Hi,

Normal blood pressure has a wide range. And unless you are known to have high blood pressure or other cardiac ailment, your body is able to keep BP within this normal range. There is no specific guidelines in this regards.

That being said, general measures such as good sleep, managing stressors well, physical exercise, avoiding smoking / alcohol, keeping weight within normal limits will keep blood pressures normal for a long time.

Blood pressures are affected by various physiological as well as psychological factors. Good sleep and stress free life will help in maintain BP within normal range. Besides these, I notice your weight (87kg) is above normal BMI standards. Start exercise coupled with dietary changes to reduce weight.

160/100mm Hg blood pressure is above normal range. If it was measured using home automatic appliances, it needs to be rechecked at a doctor's office using manual BP machine. Repeated BP monitoring should be performed to confirm high BP. If BP persist to be repeatedly high, medicines should be used.
