Brief Answer:
robitussin with only guaifenesin, does not affect blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different forms of robitussin. The form of robitussin that only contains the mucolytic guaifenesin, does not affect blood pressure.

Other forms may contain decongestants which can cause the blood pressure to increase.
Decongestants- pseudoephedrine and phenyephrine.

Once the medication does not contain these products, there is not likely to be any effect on the blood pressure readings

If you are concerned about interactions between this medication and her blood pressure medicatons, then you can either provide the names of these meds so that I can check them for you or you can access a drug interaction checker.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
