Brief Answer:
use effective sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I understand your concern. Especially, when you travel a lot you are bound to have the sun XXXXXXX

To avoid tanning, you should use an effective sunscreen which has SPF 60 and more. You can use Sunban or Photoban lotion which is very effective. You have to apply it liberally over the sun exposed areas of your body, half an hour before going into the sun, and thereafter re-apply every 2 hours when you are in the sun.

You would also require chemical peels with Glycolic acid that may remove the XXXXXXX temporarily.

Using a mixture of Carrot juice with a spoonful of lemon juice on the tanned areas for about 40 minutes once weekly will also effectively and naturally remove the XXXXXXX

However, please note that it cannot be removed or cured completely.

Hello,

Thank you for suggesting the solution for the problem. Can you please tell me the exact name of the cream/lotion with exact brand ? I had tried with Himalaya sunscreen lotion but it increased the tanning so I stopped using that.
Please note that my skin is oily.

Brief Answer:
Photoban 30 lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I already mentioned the brand names to be taken. Again, I will let you know.

You can go for Photoban 30 lotion or Sunban lotion. You can also opt for Lotus sunscreen with SPF 60 and above.

I personally do not like Himalaya brand; it does not suit some skin types.

Since your skin is oily, I suggest that you use a facewash that has lemon and honey with amla in it. No marks facewash for oily skin is a better option for you.

Wash your face at least 4 to 5 times in a day and before going to bed.

Hope this helps you.

Take care!
