Question: Hello I'm a 5'11 200 pound male. I'm 20 years old however I am frustrated. This morning I weighted in at 198.6 with just my underwear on tonight I weight 200.6 pounds. I just don't understand how thy happened knowing I'm not holding very much water weight. And also eating about 1200-1500 calories a day. Very
lean meats and greens and complex carbs. How is it possible I gain 2 pounds in the same day?

Also would like to add I started this diet program and exercising a couple months ago I weighted 247 pounds when I started. I just can't seem to break 200 and I finally did and the same day put it right back on??

Brief Answer:
Slow and staedy weight loss. No worries for a kg variation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Just a single kg difference at different time of the day might be attributed to artifacts like full stomach, full bladder, full bowel etc. Fluids weight as well. So now orries for the rise, its not worrisome. It good that you have restricted caloric intake to 1200 to 1500 calories. Also increase exercise to increase caloric consumption. Less intake and more consumption will definitely burn the fats and reduce the weight. Drink 500 ml cold water before every meal to kill satiety. Sign up to an FDA approved weight loss program. Get complete evaluation as well like hormonal imbalance ( hypothyroidism, hypogonadism) , psych eval, lipid profile etc as these entities if deranged can delay the weight loss.

Just hang in there, slow and steady weight loss of 20 to 30 pounds in 12 weeks time frame followed by maintenance of 9 months is the best policy. Stay away from these cheap publicity stunts and stick to this natural weight loss of favouring consumption of calories over intake.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
