Suggest Vitamin Supplements To Increase The Muscle Strength And Stamina

Question: Hello, I am trying to build some lean muscle and cut down some fat. I weigh 96 kgs with 180 cm height and age 26 male. I am regularly eating egg whites and chicken from which I think I am getting sufficient amount of protein along with normal food llike sprouts lentils, dry fruits. However, I am reluctant to take whey protein or an milk based supplement cause I have a very bad acne and lot of people told me that these items will trigger acne more. Suggest me some multi vitamin or complete vitamin either tablets/supplements which supply everything from to my body apart of my regular diet.

You can take Tablet Ocarnix which contains multivitamin, minerals and Levocarnitine which will increase the muscle strength and stamina.

Thank you for answering my question. Is this an ideal supplement for all vitamins without having any side effects? Can male and female combinely take this and what is the ideal time too take this? Will this trigger acne?

Hello,

Thank you for answering the question and I want to know more information on this. Is Ocarnix and Levocarnitine one and the same? If you say in the afternoon, is that before lunch or after lunch? and How do we use this? like course or daily one tablet? Do you have a tablet brand that you can suggest?

Ocarnix contains Levocarnitine and essential vitamins and minerals. It can be taken one a day preferably in the afternoon, after lunch. This needs to be taken for one month. Also drink 1-2 litres of water daily. Drink fresh Lemonade daily. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.

The brand name of the tablet is called Ocarnix.
