Brief Answer:
Treatment for pigmentation skin

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You have been using the treatment as advised since a month now but you seem to not have noticed much improvement.
One thing is clear, that you cannot use skinlite cream over your face for sure. It may give immediate results in the form of skin lightening but it has many side effects especially due to long term continous use.
Now as far as topical drug therapy is concerned, both kojic acid and azelaic acid are very good lightening agents but since they are mild, so both of them take time to show complete effects .
In case you want results more quickly due to any reasons, I would suggest you to take chemical peels from a good nearby dermatologist.
Chemical peels tend to speed up skin lightening and also speed up the action of the medicines you are applying .
You might have to take these at two to three weekly intervals.
Till the time you consider getting the peels done, you can start another medicine which is glyco a six percent cream . You can start application of this over the affected areas at night time on alternate days. Make sure you apply only a little amount and do not rub it too much . You can apply it after applying a moisturizer over the face . You can use azelaic cream one night and can the glyco a cream on the next night.
In the morning, you can continue to use kojivit cream as told earlier .
Again I would like to emphasise that it takes time to see a noticable difference in the color of skin especially when a person has been earlier applying a strong agent like skinlite cream .
So be patient and follow the treatment . You can however look for the option of chemical peeling treatment and discuss regarding its benefits with your local dermatologist .
