Brief Answer:
Diagnosis needs to be confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Delayed and irregular periods can be due to stress or hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
You should get your thyroid hormone levels and prolactin levels, along with an ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment accordingly.
The medications are available for all conditions, however the diagnosis needs to be confirmed.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Medroxyprogesterone acetate

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
It is not possible to regulate the periods without knowing the diagnosis.
However, till you are unable to get the tests done, you can take tab medroxyprogesterone acetate for5 days to uinduce periods.
However, this is not the permanent treatment and can be given only to induce periods of delayed cycles are there.
