Question: I am 35 years (5.7 ft, 78 kgs) IT professional and struggling to get rid of fat. My profession (10+ hrs @daily) dosn't allow me too much time for physical movement/ workout as I am 99% of times glued to my seat...I was just wondering if you can assist me with some healthy food choices and easy to adopt best practices (beyond yoga/ brisk walk etc) to help me get rid of excess fat and bring me back to expected BMI...I have heard that lemon and honey etc.are good suplemens but not sure how ?...can you advice few more ??
