Brief Answer:
Needs more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question, attachments and understand your concerns.

Yes you need to concern as the direct bilirubin level has raised along with SGOT and SGPT. This may be due to insult to liver. The cause may be lipid lowering drug or any infection. Get checked for HAV, HBsAg and urine urobilinogen and urine bilirubin once. Abdomen scanning is required.

Since the enzymes are slightly raised with good nutrition and avoiding fatty food and removing any insult to liver will get back the values to normal. No extra medications are required for now.

You ECG looks good.

So get back with the reports for further discussion.

WIsh you good health.

Feel free to ask if any further queries.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry. Be relaxed

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I want through the reports attached. You have attached the same report multiple times.

Your liver function test values are normal except slight rise in SGPT. This will also come to normal. Be relaxed and no need to worry without any other symptoms. Since you are on metformin and cholesterol lowering drugs, I advice you to keep monitoring these values as if any side effects we can identify early and manage accordingly.

For now you be relaxed and continue having nutritious food. Get back to us if any clinical features.

Hope this information helps you. Be relaxed and feel free to ask if any further query.

Wish you good health.

Regards
