Brief Answer:
Oligospermia

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and the history needs more details for better Aturveda Management and treatment.

1. Since Semen analysis are provided, were other baseline investigations like hemoglobin, diabetes, kidney & Liver were done [if yes, were they normal]?

2. Was any examination done by Andrologist/Endocrinologist for appropriate examination (testicular size, varicocele) & investigations (scrotal ultrasound).

3. Are you married or not and having any issues?

4. Take: XXXXXXX XXXXXXX fruit, banana, coconut, water melon, pomegranate, raisins, dates, almonds, apple, pears, walnut, black gram, carrot, apricots, amla, musk melon, bottle gourd, potato, milk cream, jaggery, onion.

PS. Avoid only and only clove (launga)

5. Avoid constipation: take isabgol at bed time

6. before retiring to bed (at night), wash hands till elbow and feet till knees with cold water.

7. Take:
60gm little pieces of red onion
60gm cow ghee and prepare in 250ml cow milk till it become concentrated, then allow it to cool and later mix 10-15gm mishri and eat for 15 days (in morning)

8. Capsule Addyzoa: 1 capsule thrice a day with water.

PS. Please revert back with your concern (s) and make sure no anatomical/surgical pathology is causing the same, if they are excluded you can safely start with Ayurveda Management, since only partial aspect is imparted, and later on other options will be provided (if the questions asked 1, 2, 3) have no direct impact on the symptoms.
