Brief Answer:
Liquid Povidone Iodine and Sterile pads or gauze

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Read your history and understood your problem.
Since it is 10 days of an antibiotic and lancing 7 days ago with an incision of quarter an inch, I hope the discharge from the wound is minimal.

The advise which I give my patients in such a case with wound at the groin is as follows and I hope this would help you to avoid another infection, early healing and ease of changing the dressings.

Apply Liquid Povidone Iodine on the wound and the area around. This makes the area sterile, Let is dry up. Ready-made sterile dressings gauze / pads are available with or without tapes. Once the area is dried up apply the pads and put a tape to hold it in position. You can use the underwear to hold this in place as the area is groin.

This helps all my patients and should help you too.
Please continue the medicines if advised by your Doctor.
Taking multivitamins does help early healing and good scar.

Please feel free to ask any relevant query if you have or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.

Wishing you a fast and the best recovery.
