Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir,

Thanks for providing the clinical photograph. The rash looks very much like fungal infection o skin folds known as Intertrigonitis. It is causes by Candida abicans.

I would advise you the following
1. Local application of combination of Clotrimazole(antifungal) and Betamethasone (Steroid) will be very helpful in relieving the rash. Apply it thrice a day
2. If the itching persists: Apply calamine lotion after application of above medicine
3. Antihistaminic like Hydroxyzine or Cetrizine will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
